Vitamin C: found in citrus fruits, tomatoes, green and red peppers, strawberries and pineapple and is absorbed most ideal form of the body.
Vitamin E: improves effective hair loss in women. It also helps promote blood circulation to the scalp, creating the necessary nutrients for healthy beautiful hair. Sources of vitamin C may be mentioned as: nuts, whole grains and dark leafy vegetables.
